The new terminal expansion project includes new ticket counters, self-bag drop systems, baggage handling systems, TSA checkpoint, food and beverage areas, and aircraft maintenance facilities. The first phase of this project is expected to open in January 2027. Our team lead the ORAT (Operational, Readiness, Activation, and Transition) efforts on this project. We also assisted with the closeout and transition for the new 12,000 sqft rental car facility on campus.
