Aaron has a wide variety of project experience in the commercial construction industry with projects including office construction, State of Iowa facility renovation projects, higher education remodel/new construction and data center development. Aaron understands the process including contractor selection, project closeout and owner operations transition. Aaron has specialized experience in solving problems related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Carley Jansen
Carley has a wide variety of project experience in the design and construction industry where she has been in both project management and structural engineering roles. Her portfolio includes public works, K-12 education, higher education, agricultural facilities, and commercial developments. Carley understands the full project lifecycle, from early planning and design coordination to construction administration and closeout. She brings a well-rounded approach to every project, with strengths in detailed documentation, strategic planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
