Formation Group's mission is to assist a broad spectrum of clients with their building development, planning, and operational needs. Working with the client's Project Leadership Team, our experts approach each project with a universal life cycle perspective, enhancing project value. We believe that being actively engaged at all levels of the process, from the Board Room to the construction site, is critical to the project and team success. We see the Owner's Representative role as the Owner's agent, consultant, advisor, and authorized steward throughout the project, laser focused on our client’s needs throughout the entire process.

Matt believes the creative process begins with a simple conversation. He’s in his zone around open-minded people gathered around a table exploring ideas and creating possibilities. He brings out the knowledge, drive and intention in others to empower evolutionary thinking. And his analogies provide realistic insight into what facilities actually cost to build and operate. This no-nonsense approach ensures resources are spent mindfully.

PROJECT MANAGER
Aaron Brown
Aaron has a wide variety of project experience in the commercial construction industry with projects including office construction, State of Iowa facility renovation projects, higher education remodel/new construction and data center development. Aaron understands the process including contractor selection, project closeout and owner operations transition. Aaron has specialized experience in solving problems related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
