The Des Moines University project includes site development, multiple building campus construction, furniture and equipment fit out and operations establishment. This building achieved a LEED Silver certification, and is the 2nd project in the state of Iowa to receive a WELL building certification. At the time of construction, it had the state’s largest geothermal system. (3) Education Buildings (1) Parking Ramp.
